You will work with Goal Facilitators and Assistant Goal Facilitators. These people will help you to work on a range of skills and build your knowledge.
The Goal Facilitator will be involved in working with you to plan your program. They will set the tasks that you work on and identify strategies that help you learn. They will also work through your program with you.
The Assistant Goal Facilitator will work through your program with you. They will follow guidelines set by the Goal Facilitator. There may be times when you will work with other young adults in a group, and times when you are working with the Goal Facilitators on your own.

We have two Job Coaches who will focus on finding opportunities for you to gain skills and experience through work placements that are of interest to you, and align with your goals. They will also work with you and the rest of your team to ultimately help you gain employment.
